Over the years, the annual Mayoral Charity Golf Day has become one of Nelson Mandela Bay’s premium business and social networking functions. It continues to attract a full field in support of the foundation’s worthy cause.

This year, the Mayoral Charity Golf Day is scheduled for Friday, the 20th of October 2023, at the Port Elizabeth Golf Club.

This golf day is key in raising funds for addressing the dire early education needs that still exist in our local communities. It aims to raise awareness of the inadequacies in learning establishments’ infrastructure (schools and classrooms), the lack of learning support materials such as books, libraries, educational tools, computer labs and technology tools.
